Week 1: You'll put together your launch plan, including what type of launch is best, getting dates on your calendar, and outlining your ideal customer’s journey.
Week 2: Time to build your audience! In order to find people who need what you have to offer, you’ve got to create awareness around it. How do you do that? That’s what you’ll work through in week 2!
Week 3: It’s one thing to learn something, but another to apply it! That’s why in week 3 we’ll have our first implementation week. Now’s the time to take what we’ve covered and make things happen!
Week 4: This is when we’ll really start pulling what you’ve planned together. We’ll cover traffic sources, landing pages, and more — all the core elements you need for a successful launch!
Week 5: This is our second implementation week. You'll get started on onboarding emails, ads that will help drive traffic to your doorstep, how to promote your offer organically, and how to use referrals and partnerships to get the word out!
Week 6: Get ready for take off because it’s launch week! You’ll work on getting people to show up so you can really build connections and help them take action!
Week 7: Now it’s time to build sales because your cart is OPEN! You’ll do the work to ensure you get the most of the outreach you’ve made a part of your launch plan.
Week 8: First breathe...then it’s time to celebrate and debrief. Together we’ll take a look at what went right — and what could have gone better. It will help you formulate a plan to pivot where needed so you get even better results the next time around.
